Methods to install or upgrade the BlackBerry World app for BlackBerry Smartphones

Environment

I am having blackberry Z3 handset. I am facing problem with the network. One morning when i saw my phone signal, there were no signals. I put my sim in another handset its working and i have also put another sim in my blackberry it's also working properly. BlackBerry Link is easy to set up, and you'll be prompted to download the software when you first connect your BlackBerry 10 device to your computer. Once installed you'll enjoy fast and seamless access to your media and documents. If your Blackberry does not ask for SIM Network Unlock Pin, then you can try the following methods in order to check if there is any way to enter the unlocking code. Method #1 (Blackberry Z10/ Q10) Turn off your blackberry, insert a non-accepted sim card and turn it on.

Overview

The following are methods to install or update the BlackBerry World app on BlackBerry smartphones running BlackBerry OS version 7.1 and earlier or BlackBerry 10 OS. Should you need to reset your BlackBerry ID password, please see Article 000028685.

BlackBerry smartphone running BlackBerry OS 7.1 and earlier
Install / update BlackBerry World app for BBOS using device web browser

1. Browse to one of the following:
2. Select Download Now button
3. Select desired Language
4. Tap Next
5. When the app details are displayed, Select Download
6. Select Replace if prompted to replace the existing version of BlackBerry world
7. When prompted to reboot, (if convenient) select Reboot, otherwise select Later.

Update BlackBerry World app from within the BlackBerry World App

1. Open BlackBerry World
2. Tap My World
3. If a new update is available for BlackBerry World, select it
4. Tap Upgrade and then tap Continue
5. After the install, you will be prompted to 'Restart Now' to apply the changes, tap Restart Now

Install/Update BlackBerry World app using ‘BlackBerry Desktop Software’

1. Open BlackBerry Desktop Software
2. Select Applications
3. Find BlackBerry App World
4. On the right side, there is a plus sign (+), click it
5. On the bottom of the application, click Apply, this will update or install BlackBerry World to the device
